Harmony orchestra Auletes

Auletes is het studenten harmonie-orkest van ESMG Quadrivium en bestaat uit studenten van de TU/e en Fontys in Eindhoven. Het orkest staat onder leiding van Hardy Li. Tijdens Klassiek op de Campus zal Auletes het repertoire voor de aankomende zomertournee ten gehore brengen, om zo ook het thuispubliek mee te kunnen laten genieten! Onder andere het ontroerende October van Eric Whittacre, en het spannende Saga Candida van Bert Appermont zullen opgevoerd worden. Zien we u om 12:00 in de Markthal?

Kamerkoor van Collegium Musicum Leiden

Hailing from the beautiful city of Leiden, Collegium Musicum is the student union for classical music musicians. The chamber choir consists of choir members who love to sing challenging pieces and they’re currently conducted by Gerrit Maas. We are very happy and honoured to have them back again at Klassiek op de Campus.

Tilburgs Studentenkoor

The Tilburgs Studenten Koor, simply known as TiSK, will come perform a beautiful Spanish piece called Romancero Gitano together with Classical Guitarist Glenn de Roo. Glenn de Roo has performed at Klassiek op de Campus before, and we are honoured to have him back again, this time with together with TiSK with Sil van den Hout as conductor.

Euregio Jeugdorkest

Euregio Jeugdorkest

Het Euregio Jeugdorkest (EJO) is een ruim 80-koppig symfonieorkest voor getalenteerde jonge muzikanten in de leeftijd van 14 tot 25 jaar. Het EJO biedt jongeren van Vlaamse en Nederlandse muziekacademies, muziekscholen, privédocentenen conservatoria de kans om in orkestverband te musiceren en podiumervaring op te doen. Het EJO helpt zo jonge muzikanten die met hun instrument willen groeien of het symfonische genre binnen de klassieke muziek willen ontdekken.

USKO Kamerkoor

TheUtrechts Studenten Koor en Orkest is an association of approximately 150 students. Their chamber choir project is directed by Noëmi Scherman. On June 24, USKO will celebrate its eighty-year anniversary with a grand concert in TivoliVredenburg.

UTmost Bigband

UTmost

UTmost is the Jazz Association of the University of Twente. The Bigband is a jazz orchestra led by Paul Rademaker, which combines the full sound of saxophones, trombones and trumpets with a grooving rhythm section. Under his musical leadership, this group of students has been able to develop into a band that guarantees a spectacular show.

Voor dit concert is de dirigent en componist Ewout Dercksen uitgenodigd als gastdirigent en speelt de band een aantal van zijn prachtige composities. Bereid je voor op een set vol Swing, Jazz, Funk en Fusion, waarmee de UTmost Bigband deze geweldige dag een swingend einde zal geven!
